OK, gonna explain the video bc it's confusing. Basically when the "gf" and suhyun are sitting on the steps the gf gets a text from her "2nd older brother". And the convo is basically him telling her that mom wants to you come home and asking if she ate already. Then, suhyun clicks on the pic and the guys pic pops up and thats when she realizes that they aren't bf/gf but bro/sis. This is why she pumps her fist. Then the next scene is the bro/sis bickering and hitting each other like bro/sis' do and now suhyun has the courage to send the guy a heart over text after realizing this. Literally the twist is only shown through the text convo so if you can't read korean it's kind of lost on you. The very end is just chanhyuk being a weirdo stalker lol
