Hello Early Patrons,
It was a bit quiet on the Early Access front in November but we have two absolute bangers coming for you this month. The first of which is a look at one of the most interesting development stories of the year. Our documentary on The Forgotten City was hosted, produced and edited by Jake Dekker, an ex-colleague of Jeremy & myself at GameSpot. He's also a day one patron of Noclip and probably reading this - say hi in the comments Jake!
Jake's knowledge of the RPG & mod scene made him a perfect fit to tell this story and I was delighted he was able to squeeze this in around his new day job producing videos at Obsidian Entertainment.
The doc is a fascinating look at the risks one man took to kickstart a new career in an area he had little to no experience in. It's an especially amazing tale considering how well the game turned out. And don't worry, it's story and solution spoiler free so you can absolutely watch this doc before having played the game.

Within the first 5 minutes of watching this today I downloaded TFC :) Played through the first 15 minutes and wow what a wonderful little gem. You really captured the developer's passion, and I could not help but fall in love with the game just based on that alone. It really is something special. Thanks to Jake and the NoClip team for another slice of perfection with this doc!
