PATRONS! WE DID IT! HERE IT IS!

After months of work from the entire team we have a 99.5% final cut of our documentary on the PlayStation 5 remake of Demon's Souls. For years we've been asked my our patrons to cover the work of FROM Software and while that door has never opened when the opportunity to talk to the incredibly talented people at Bluepoint Games appeared I jumped at it.

This documentary covers dozens of aspects of the (re)design of this game. From art direction to animation, physics, rendering, player expectation and much more. We dive into the design of the different bosses, the look and feel of each area, the elements that needed to be updated and the parts that were left the same.

This is basically the final cut of the doc but with over and hour of 4k footage I'm sure there is some stuff to be tweaked - so if you see any broken frames or loud gameplay let us know in the comments. We're gonna get this public sometime next week (maybe Tuesday?) so we hope you enjoy this healthy early access window.

Thank you for supporting our work. Our increased funding allowed us to take time on this project. Both Jeremy and myself toiled on the edit and Frank captured around 50 hours of gameplay I believe. It's been a real team effort and this is all possible thanks to your patronage.
