On this month's episode of Mixtape we talk about our new 4k camera, the work going into our documentaries on Dishonored, & Astro's Playroom. Our experiences playing Loop Hero & Valheim, and the possibility of telling talking to those devs, alongside loads more inside knowledge.

We had a few technical niggles with Jeremy's internet dropping out 5 mins from the end, and Frank's audio having some intense interference. This is why he's a bit muffled (I had to run a bunch of noise removal) but it should be very listenable. We'll sort him out with a better mic for next month.
The aim of the show is to let you all know what's going on behind the scenes with loads of early chat about what we're up to so I hope you enjoy it. Let us know what you think the comments below.

2021-03-29 14:15:32 +0000 UTCLol the bandwidth. I got my BMPCC 4k and filming in braw is amazing but the file sizes. If you film on like 3:1 compression on it, it's absolutely insane. The footage works better in NLEs than my 4k sony stuff though which is mostly because the h264 stuff from older cameras is a LOT harder to decode for premiere and davinci than stuff like what the bmpcc or the c300 shoot.

2021-03-28 21:10:51 +0000 UTCIt took me a few minutes to find my RSS feed link so I could add this to Pocket Casts. If you're looking for it, head to the top level Noclip page, hit the 'My membership' tab, then scroll down to the 'Private RSS link' heading. Now, off to listen. 🙂
