What's you favorite game genre and why?

Derek Dincer

That's be dope.

Derek Dincer

I've recently become a big fan of Mark Brown and Super Bunnyhop after hearing you mention them on some of your videos. In addition to NoClip, I very much look forward to their content. Who else would you recommend?

Andrew Nicol

Did you find whatever you were looking for inside that graphics card?

I just want to echo a previous question in this thread about "older" people playing computer games. I am not 90, but remember playing things like Zork, Wumpus and Trek and Space Invaders in the arcade (never good at it). I even recall playing ET on an Atari 400 (or 800) at someone else's house (It was bad!). I guess my question really is what is the gaming industries "take' on older games? Is this a potentially untapped market that has the money but not much time? Thanks! I have always enjoyed your work on Gamespot and I am happy to see and support your continued work!

I’ll echo the comment I saw above - we need NYC meet up! Or maybe let’s do NJ or somewhere in tri state. I’m sure there are several people here ready to drive a bit to get together. UFC watch party anyone??

Tohir Tillyaev

Do you guys, or are you guys interested in, sharing info with other groups/companies that create docs about games and the industry? Working with channels like GVmers could create interesting results :)

Danny where is "Dannys Disk Club" Videos :-( They are class and I want no neeeeeeeeed to see more.

In 2018, which one is the trend you are most worried about and which one are you more looking for?

Oscar

Are you ever going to be able to have a get together/fan meeting in the NYC area?

Rob Curran

Hey Danny! I hope you're doing well. A simple question for you this month: How do you schedule out your day in terms of workload/hobby balance? I know you're setting up projects and editing, but how proportional is that to say, getting in a quick match of PUBG, getting exercise, etc? Keep up the awesome work, thank you as always for reading my question, and I'm looking forward to the Warframe doc!

Brandon K Gann

I'm curious to know how you handle your own and other people's expectations regarding Noclip. Now that you seem to have settled in (on both a professional and personal level, I guess), do you make yearly estimations about where you would like to be a year from now or do you just work from project to project and adjust accordingly? Are you happy with Noclip's current trajectory regarding patrons/funding/growth or is it going too fast/slow?

Good Day, Danny. I am wondering about Non-disclosure agreements. Have they posed a challenge when it comes to interviews? Do you ask about NDAs before taking on a potential subject? All the best, bud.

Beau

Hi Danny! Love the game development docs you do, but also loved the Hillbilly Agenda doc a few months ago. Would you be keen on covering more fan groups and wider wider communities, or away from that how some game developers engage with their fanbase?

Steve Fiori

I know that you have mentioned it in previous videos and on discord but will you ever do a doc over the skyrim grandma? She seems like she has an interesting story. She's been gaming on pc since the late 90s it seems and I'd like her take on pc gaming over the years. Keep up the great work.

Justin Dotson

Really happy with the bonus level idea. Any thoughts on doing a group discussion type of show like on podcast or twitch?

Getting Square Enix to interview over Final Fantasy was insanely cool and so incredibly unlikely. Do you think you could get Nintendo to open up in the same way? Nintendo loves to talk about things that go right, but I'd love to hear about some of the difficult moments and how they've worked through them.

Jacob Godserv

Greetings! Are you willing to try to wrap your mind around a Monster Hunter game, whether you stream it or not? Because this new one's pretty good.

takeshikitano3

Hey Danny, would you ever consider teaming up with Drew Scanlon for a Noclip x Cloth Map team up tackling a subject that covers both of your channels? Keep up the good work, looking forward to everything Noclip puts out in 2018!

Nik Mortimer

Hi Danny, thank you for all your hard work. When can we expect the extended CDPR interviews?

The Mighty Pipe

Hey Danny, in my own line of work I'm expected to film interview scenarios but struggle to relate myself to the subjects I'm engaging with. Do you have any pointers on how to talk with your subjects before you begin recording? In other words, how do you go about opening up the conversation to feel more casual rather than a set list of questions you have prepared? I realize you've been doing this for a while and you simply know how to talk to people at this point but I'd love to pick your brain on easing your subjects into those one-on-one conversations for long periods of time. Thanks!

Joel Powley

I don't really have any questions, just keep doing your thing! All the best for 2018

Liam Brown

As part of the ever hungry audience I look forward to hearing more about what noclip is going to produce this year. However you have been wonderfully open about burnout and the stress that high production values have on you, I wonder what self care and breaks you have planned this year to keep yourself sane?

Fragglerock

Hey Danny, really like the style of these docs , was wondering what docs influenced you and do you have any recommendations for quality docs gaming or otherwise?

Nicholas Lovell

Hi Danny! Any plans to cover the rising Scandinavian games industry? Things like DICE, Playdead or IO Interactive's recent break from Square Enix and the future/past of Hitman. Love the work you're doing! It's really awesome to see that this new style of games coverage is possible and sustainable. Love the docs and keep up the great work!

Marcel Hedemand

If you could go back in time and do a behind the scenes, "making-of" style documentary chronicling the day-to-day development of any game/series, which would it be?

Josh Squires

Hey Danny - How you doing. Great show. You've completed many excellent documentaries that have covered some of the most loved games and the difficult process they went through to get where they are. Do you plan on creating documentaries for games that 'failed' or never delivered or were just abandoned altogether?

Are there any plans to do a documentary/series on esports or one esport in particular?
