New Look Patron Q&A! - Tokyo, Taxes, & Mental Health

YOUTUBE LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oX-mGZuJgxA

Hey folks!

Attached is our latest and greatest Patron Q&A. I've mixed up the format a bit and will be taking this show on the road with me in future (next stop, E3!). In this episode I talk about Japan, passing my drivers test, the books I read while on my honeymoon, and dive into a bunch of your questions.

Expect the hour long Japan Behind The Scenes feature next week. Until then, have a great weekend. Relax, rest, play games, hang out with friends, eat something delicious, get some sun, have fun.

I'll see you on the other side.

Danny

Thanks for the answer, Danny! I have always been curious how interviews w/ translators go, so thank you for the in-depth answer; it definitely included some things I was surprised and had no idea about. I really respect how you are handling the translation process as well. Looking forward to the finished product! Also, if you're looking into some comic books, Joe Hill and Gabriel Rodriguez's "Locke and Key" is one of the best crafted stories I have ever read. I recommend giving that a viddy sometime!

Man, Forever War is one of my most favorite books of all time! Goes without saying that you should give Forever Free a try. Both books are amazing. Also if you're just starting on the path of sci-fi from that era (60-90s). Harry Harrison is my other favorite author. Deathworld is probably THE favorite sci-fi trilogy I've read.

Cool, thanks for answering my question Danny :) Will be checking out the book recommendations

Great update! Good to hear you're doing so well! Big thanks for the recommendations! The forever war is on my to read list and backed The CHECKPOINT Series. Good luck on the FF doc, sounds insane to edit!

"A little bit lighter: it's Sex Criminals". Glad you're feeling a bit better Danny. Seemingly confident, articulate people hide it well. Getting away from the screen is so important. Like your new animated graphics.

Thanks for the video, Danny. You look way more relaxed than you did in the last one. Getting away from the computer to shoot these is a good idea. Makes them even more casual and friendly.
