Charlene is done! (I have decided.)
Added 2018-10-04 16:42:07 +0000 UTCOh man, uh...a million textures later and so much dicking around with color, and I'm just going to say this is done enough. I think it's close enough to what I had in my head, and about as sparkly and insane as I had hoped, so that's good.
