Okay! So I did a request for things to draw over in May, and then June was a nightmare, so now I have time! From what Shan sent me, I think he was looking for a totally new idea for this scenario, but I think it generally works! You just have to push the exaggeration of the setup to make the joke work on more levels.

So, we have the regular character and the evil one from another dimension. The only issue I can see here is that the only thing that makes her evil is that she's dreaming about chainsaws (which the other character wouldn't necessarily know), and that she's sleeping in the nude next to someone she's not in an intimate relationship with, which mostly seems rude.

So, I took that same concept and pushed it farther. The evil one has stolen all the covers, AND she's determined to take up the bed. That in and of itself is maybe not super nefarious, but if you're trying to sell the idea that the character is evil all the way down to the little minute things, it helps to make that narrative clear.
You want to show, not tell, who your character is, and sometimes visual gags can really reinforce their personality in subtle ways. The trick is that you have to push things a little farther than you might originally think to, because you want everything to be obvious to your audience fairly quickly. They won't spend much time on any given panel, so subtly flies out the window pretty often.
