I will say, I am no make up influencer or artist, but one of the best tricks I figured out for smeared make up (especially eye make up) is Q-tips. It allows me to get as much make up off as possible without smearing it with my fingers. It's also good to reapply some of the eye make up as well.

Plus bigger, less rolly packaging makes it harder to lose. If you put anything on it, use hyaluronic acid. I've never looked back since learning this.

It’s a wonderful life white Christmas miracle on 34th St., Christmas in Connecticut but then there’s a couple new ones A Family Man and The Hoilday. Also that hairstyle turned out perfect but if you wanted to add just a little tiny bit of something in the back a red bow would be it. Last I think during the year you should squirrel away a couple Halloween themed projects and use those to give yourself a break during your favorite season. You can introduce each one as you do, but the rest of the project can be when you’ve saved, and I can’t think of one person who would feel cheated out of anything. I think we’d all be happy you were getting rest and we would still be enjoying what you do. Merry Christmas all!

And the Frodo footage made me so happy <3 As for christmas movie recommendations there is one that has come out a few years ago called Klaus and ever since I saw it for the first time, I have to rewatch it every year now. It's so funny, cute and heartwarming and I'd highly recommend you give it a watch this year :) it's available on Netflix. What I also rewatch every christmas season since it came out is the Norwegian Netflix series Home for Christmas, it's soooo good! Maybe you like it, too :) Hope you have a wonderful christmas time!! Past few years we put on The Christmas Prince, and then the sequels but no new ones. For me, it's always been A Christmas Story, Lampoon Christmas, and the Santa Clause but my husband does not enjoy.

Two weeks back, it's Christmas in Connecticut. One week before, The Man Who Came to Dinner. Then Christmas eve, we watch White Christmas. I also make a dinner either from foods mentioned in the films, or based on menus from the year they were made.

2024-12-14 01:31:03 +0000 UTCLoved it! Not feeling the Xmas vibes this year, first year with no parents or aunts and uncles left, rest of the family far away. So I did an Edgar Allan Poe themed tree. Already had the white tree with blue lights. Now covered in a garlands of black crow silhouettes and a plastic crow/raven decoy as the topper. Little black and white candy shaped ornaments and some black flocked twisted icicles. A garland of black raven silhouettes hanging from the ceiling and these kind of Victorian black and white paper wheels with white and black swirls, and patterns (like old timey Election Day or 4th of July decor, but not red, white and blue). I got this crazy black sequined tree skirt that reflects the lights in the room and on the tree. For movies muppets, Scrooge with George C. Scott, Fallen Angel with Gary Sinese, The Spirit of Christmas because who doesn't love a mixed period ghost love story at Christmas? It's a Wonderful Life, but The Best Years of Our Lives is just such a classic. Merry Christmas!!!!
