I never have time to go to non-work cons, but every few years a science conference I attend overlapped with C2E2. One day in the common space between the two conferences, a guy in full Pokemon cosplay came up to me and asked what conference I was attending. When I told him it was for biochemistry research science, he laughed out loud saying "Dude! You all are the real nerds!" Next year the two conferences will overlap again. Fingers cross our paths will cross!

I missed the meetup, but my friend sunchildcosplay (dressed as Yor from Spy x Family) ran up to you at the end of Sunday and showed you my Amalthea cosplay. I just want to say thank you again for your videos keeping me company during that build and helping me feel less insane while I attempted to create my first full costume solo build in over a decade!!! I'm glad you enjoyed C2E2 (my home con) and I hope you'll come back again!

If you go again, I would recommend staying at either they Hyatt or the Marriott as it's SUPER nice to be able to take a break in the middle of the day and you don't have to carry EVERYTHING all day, plus there is night time shenanigans if that's your sort of thing! Thanks for sharing your trip! :)
