This reminds me of a haunted house I did in college. I got all made up including blood tears and recorded very that school specific fortunes. We laid a TV on it's back and set up a sheet of saran wrap at a 45° incline to have my disembodied head floating in the booth. I distinctly remember several of the fortunes being about encounters with the most feared professor on campus. Some were about the overabundance of deer on campus taking over.

I did a Madame Leota for Halloween back in the 1970s. I used my aunt's sewing table and stuck my head through that hole and she put a large glass bowl over my head. It was great fun but I didn't look as cool as your interpretation. I just wanted to mention something I was thinking about. I was an audio engineer in Florida for many, many years. I have a suggestion for letting you use your a/c while recording your videos. We would use a Real Time Analyzer to find existing audio frequencies in a room, like standing waves, or steady hums like lights and air conditioning. Once we isolated those frequencies, we EQ'd them out of the audio mix by reducing the corresponding channel on the Equalizer. Nowadays, I use a free app on my Samsung phone called "Spectroid." It shows me existing, steady hums like a/c or standing waves. In your editing software, you can open your audio equalizer and turn down those frequencies to zero, or nearly so, to reduce the interference in your audio. Give it a try and please let me know if it helps. You can fix anything in post.

I'm always so eager for September so I can start my autumn decorating! I start with greens, whites, and gold toned pumpkins and foliage etc. and then move more to yellow and orange for Halloween and then I add in the deeper red tones and turkeys and stuff for Thanksgiving, so it's just this evolving display for three months until Black Friday when I put on movies and decorate for Christmas!
