Maybe Mazon Creek? I'm sorry to hear about your condition. Sending you my best. I can send you a fossil if you give me your address

Thanks Tony, for showing me beautiful places I will probably never go. Is there a place in Illinois to find fossils as easily as you were finding them? I just want to find ONE. I'm not a fossil hog. It's on my bucket list, which has gotten more urgent as I was recently diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Anyway, GFY, bye.

Any video that has cactus and fossils in it will always get a heart from me!

It struck me this morning that your videos have helped me cope with my own lack of exploration this past year+. And it is very much the way you explore the scene or the landscape. When I am out, my eye is scanning the terrain just like you do with your camera. Catching and noticing different points and if something catches the eye, zooming in on the details, then panning out, connecting to the context to make sense... I very much get the sense of walking the terrain with you. And the botany terminology repetition, highlighting characteristics is helping me learn lots of new stuff! Thanks!
