The ever present human influence reminds me of some of the nature documentaries shot in east africa which look pristine. When you go there you realise beyond the hill or valley where the nature was shot is a power line, a delapidated town, highway, chaotic truck stop, .........

Great analysis of the tremendous amount of native flora in developed / developing areas. I see some of my most beautiful finds in undeveloped lots and fields between two or three busy "consumerism churches" a.k.a mega retail centers. Most people are oblivious to the different types of plants and sheer variety and their beneficial properties when pulling in to the Lowes or wal-mart parking lot. Must just see "weeds" or useless "srub and bushes". Surprised to see the gulf goji berry that far west and off the coast btw.

Bingo Bango Bongo I am literally en route to RGV as I see this. Serendipitous. I'm stoked to look for these plants.

Watching your videos not only entertains me but it makes me think and look at my surroundings with open eyes. After seeing this one I want to drop everything and go out there... Thank you from a fan in Switzerland.
