They try keep it as pure as possible. Some foam on the top so I don’t collapse your cheek with a roundhouse or cause you permanent brain damage, but they do leave my soles wide open to kick in your teeth or crush your nose.
I just happened to find that unbelievably empowering. 🤷🏽♀️
