ONF - 'POPPING' Album Listening Party!

Onf b-sides are always top-shelf. Popping isn't their most coherent album (We Must Love still holds that title imo) but every song is a winner. You're gonna love their discography! I especially appreciate their ballads, Hyojin (deservedly!) gets the main glory notes in titles but they are so vocally solid as a group and you really get to see that in the side tracks! (oh, and a fun note: ONF are Monotree's sons. WM won Hwang Hyun's loyalty by a) treating him as an expert and asking him to evaluate ONF's monthly evals as trainees, b) admiring and buying his songs, and c) asking for his weird experimental shit and loving that too. And the discography reaps the rewards!)

Also because you talked about coffee mood etc : The story of summer is show in each song but differently. Wyatt watched a lot of dramas set in summer to write the lyrics. He took a lot of reference while watching 'Oh Hae-Young Again', 'Coffee Prince'', and also 'Oh My Ghostess'." ONF's TT and BSIDES almost all done by MONOTREE (since it was mentionned in the live stream) even for their songs ROAD TO KINGDOM, MONOTREE helped. They are really MONOTREE childrens, they areclose to Hwang Hyun especially, he is called Hwangboji ("Father Hwang Hyun" /mentionned in MY NAME IS lyrics during MK's part ). For the latin part, it's normal this feeling because there is a Bossa Nova Rhythm and for Reggae, you are right it's actually Reggae + Edm (?)
