When her confidence/slutiness is enough, maybe she can just walk in confidently but before that she’ll hide. Maybe she builds her confidence by “accidentally” sharing a cubicle with a male a number of times, resulting in a nice “friendly help washing” scene. Probably handjob or Titjob, covered in soap of course...
