Damn dude, didn't realize things were that rough. Really hope things start improving for you the rest of the year. Sad to hear commissions aren't happening anymore, but you gotta do what you gotta do to stay sane and motivated. Gotta love burnout! Hopefully your new goals & patreon model work well for you. As for the apnea, try sleeping elevated a bit. ^^ Even a few inches of elevation at the head of your bed helps loads! Good for acid problems too.
