Install instructions:
Just copy those both Folders into your VaM main Directory.
The New Morphs are called
"Esperanza"
The Scene you will find in
Saves/Scene/Khajiirah/
There is also a Look named Esperanza, you'll find it in
Saves/Person/Looks/Khajiirah/
