Ok it's out! Worth the wait, some lovely hand held scenes. Storywise it's nice that the shadowy figure was Akira after all and that Jin was just panicking. But it is concerning the morphatroxin isn't working anymore, clearly because of his forced overdose, eventually other people are going to find out and that isn't going to be pleasant, particularly if he goes big (which we know he will at some point due to the earlier preview of a future episode) though I am looking forward to more detail on what exactly is wrong with him now. A lot more concerning is Akira saying there was no time to leave Jin home and that he would have to go to school anyway despite how emotionally distressing it is for Jin and ignoring what Jin wanted. Several recent chapters (including 23) have shown Akira is extremely overprotective. Having Jin in his pocket, from Akira's perspective fully protected but from ours more easily controlled, is a little worrying. And the chapter is called "Bad Day" after all, meaning Akira maybe wrong about the protection.

And a stranger is just a big as threat, probably all kinds of nasty people in this world who wouldn't hesitate to take advantage of a lone morpha in a bad situation...Jin may have been safer with the crows 😟 We will know very soon though, twitter preview is up so that usually means sometime in the next week. Can't wait.
