Do think there should be giantesses /shrunken women in ‘Gulliver’s Children’?

I said no, but my main reasoning is that Matheson syndrome, to me, makes more sense as a disorder that mainly or only affects men. As their growth spurts tend to last longer and over a longer stretch of time and they tend to end up taller than women in general. I think if women were to be affected by it-it should be in a different way. Like they would mainly be affected by shrinking not necessarily growing.
