You need "face masks" (face only overlay) or "skins" (full body overlay). Skin tones are colors in a palette.

Hi! Unfortunately, the female and male body meshes are different, so even if I make these skins available to the opposite gender, they will look bad on the female mesh!

I'm gonna be real honest, i was actively looking for skin overlays , couldnt find anything that looked good for me, i really wasnt satisfied. then i saw those cartoon overlays and everything and i was like yeah no i don't want cartoonish sims (mind you they looked beautiful, it just didnt feel like what i was looking for.) but i downladed it anyways and WOW. That's gonna be how all my sims look life from now on. This cc makes them look so much more beautiful but still quite unreal, like exactly how wanted my sims to be. Im OBSSESSED with it. ik this message doesnt start really encouraging but i like being honest when at first im like skeptical but then proven wrong. I wont be looking for any other skin presets ik it doesn't get better than this, truly good job. To me that's really like peak sims beauty (if that makes any sense. And i never upgrade my patreons but i might just do that once my paypal is unlocked lmao
