You should consider watching Building the Band! Liam Payne will appear in later episodes as a judge, and as the last big thing he worked on it might be cool to visit... I binged the first 4 episodes last night and they were actually amazing, such great vocalists and I’m actually excited about some of the bands!

Oh god jhope's choreography version is so much better, you NEED TO SEE IT

I think you should definitely check out more Stray Kids. Their last two Korean releases may be a good place to start because in "Hop" you get solo songs from each member where they explored even more diversity in their music and each member wrote and composed their own song. Then in the last release "Mixtape Dominate" they did duos and once again the members wrote and composed their songs in pairs. Then of course diving deeper into the rabbit hole would be amazing because you really have only touched the surface in their music. Really hope this happens, can't wait!

Love the reaction to Hobi! Hope you also check out Jin’s latest album Echo.

I was absolutely astounded that you hadn't heard Tegan and Sara before - and then I realized they are Canadian, so my perspective of how difficult it is to NOT know them is completely off. I can never keep track of who makes it to the US and who doesn't and to what degree. There's a solo version of Killin' It Girl with EVEN MORE DANCING! I actually like it better. I agree that the chorus makes the song. I put it on my morning playlist, because I want j-hope to tell me that I'm killing it while I'm making pancakes. That's a good way to start the day!

So glad you enjoyed "You Were My Childhood!" Yes, High School Musical was everything to me during those years. It pretty much took over my life for years. Just ask my family. 😂 And honestly, three of my books wouldn't exist if it weren't for HSM—wait, scratch that—a lot of my books wouldn't, since they came from my fan fiction days. And there's still that HSM fanatic inside me that comes out every once in a while. So, when this song came out and I saw the title, I was already feeling the emotions because I knew it was going to be a tearjerker for us, fans. And it was. I bawled the first two times I listened to it. I honestly think this song should be bigger than it is because of the meaning, the way he sang it, and just because. Now, you caught most of the High School Musical references, but here they are in a list: 1) "Reach for the stars" is from the Breaking Free lyrics, "There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach." 2) "Starting new" = "Start of Something New" 3) "We're All in this Together" = "We're All in this Together" 4) "You are the Music in Me" = "You Are the Music in Me" 5) "You told me I'm enough" = pretty much the theme of the movies, especially the first one. It's okay to be more than just one thing. 6) "What I've Been Looking For" = "What I've Been Looking For" 7) "You have always been right in front of me" = could be from the What I've Been Looking For lyrics "You were always there beside me." 8) "What the Score" = basketball 9) "Red, white, and gold" = school colors Also, not sure if you noticed, but in the picture of Lucas that he uses for the YouTube video, it's a picture from High School Musical 3, where he's wearing the graduation gown. And I feel like he used "You Were My Childhood" as the title and main lyrics because not only was filming the movies a part of his childhood, but fans usually love telling their favorite actors or actresses from childhood shows/movies that they were their childhood. Some have spoken about how many times they have been told "you were my childhood" by their fans. He's also started attending conventions a year or so before he wrote this, so I'm sure he's been hearing that from High School Musical fans, too, which probably inspired him to write this. All right, I think that's all I got for this comment. OOOOOOOHHHH WAIT! Fun fact: Lucas Grabeel is in the show Switched at Birth. Yes, the show that I've been requesting like crazy lately. 😂 By the way, it's pronounced like Gray-beel. Ok, now that's it! Can't wait for next month. 🧡

I LOVE killin' it girl so much, definitely my favorite release of his after his discharge. The song is super addicting and the choreography is amazing. You HAVE TO see the live performance, is even better. There's also a solo version of the song with a new verse that I like very much as well.

Friend, thank you. I'm so glad you did remember "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" from the Office. Boy, you basically remembered everything! This is really lifting me up, and I truly appreciate it! (I wonder if "slam-a-bama" means punk? No idea. Stewart is always slamming and bamming.)

you should definitely go listen to more stray kids!! you should listen to their last 2 projects: “mixtape: dominate” which has 4 songs that are just 2 members per song and then “Hollow” which is a japanese ep that was only released like a month ago!! they also have a lot that you have not checked out yet that you could do album/ep reactions to!!
