And it seems you are running a concentrated portfolio. I don't practice that so i have no opinion on your situation.

2024-02-15 04:28:28 +0000 UTCCREC is the tenant of CREIT. CREC going public means they will have access to new capital and can also raise for new additional capital in the future which means they can expand aggressively. CREC getting bigger I think is good for CREIT.

2024-02-14 00:02:07 +0000 UTCReal Estate Is good for people with large amount of capital. So I prefer stocks and I love the process of picking companies and investing. In real estate, I think I will not like the idea of dealing with tenants on a day to day or month per month basis. HAHA
