2023-10-23 02:18:44 +0000 UTCIn a high interest rate environment, PGOLD seems to be better. Better balance sheet and over all quality of the business. Low dividend payout ratio therefore more room for potential dividend increase. The problem with GLO is that they have high debt and leverage in the current environment due to their aggressive CAPEX. If the high interest rate stay longer, companies with high debt and leverage will soon be negatively impacted when their obligations starts to mature.

2023-10-11 01:22:20 +0000 UTCPersonally, I dont value them. They are automatically zero value in my valuation watchlist and try no to focus on those kinds of stocks at the moment. I will just wait for them to turn positive. Some analyst will average out the previous years to make it positive. Some will just make an assumption. I think its case to case basis.

Can you do like 5-10 companies with less than PHP10bn market cap that have good fundamentals and/or growth prospects? Thank you very much! (Some of these may or may not be part already in your All Check companies hehe)
