thank you Retail Fund manager sa info and updates. Sa ibang website/course ang mahal ng bayad 10k for 3 sessions na puro powerpoint presentation lng and kekwentuhan ka lang ng experiences niya for 2 hours. Mabuti dito informative talaga and may fundamentals na maayos on each company sa PSE.

John Rey Riveral

Banking and Power Sector is doing great recently.

TheCheap Gamer

What is the fair value of TEL po, what is the BUY below price? Is it still advisable to add?

Helen Grace PH

Which sector do you think will have a massive impact for retail investor on your opinion? Do you think banking and real estate sector will have a good year? Thank you.

John Rey Riveral

Thank you 😊

DDMPR so far is doing just fine. FILRT on the other hand seems to be struggling. I have them both but I don't have plans to add more into FILRT until I see improvement.

TheCheap Gamer

What can you say about FILRT and DDMPR? Is it worth keeping for long term?

Helen Grace PH

Yes, because 13% Year on Year is better than the average return of stock market

TheCheap Gamer

If a company has a consistent divided yield like 13% per year, for example a private company that regularly issues dividends, (the share price of the company also changes every year)is that a good investment?
