Madami kasi ways pag compute ng ROIC from simple to complicated. I am using the simplest one. And when it comes to valuation, walang particular site. Inaral ko lng ang discounted cash flow model, then minodify ko siya based on my own liking.

Gusto ko lang po malaman kung ano ang ibang terms ng NOPAT lalo na po morningstar kasi yan yung usually ginagamit kong site. Yung NOPAT ba is the same as diluted net income sa morningstar na site or magkaiba po? At ska pwd mo ba mashare ung ibang magandang site na ginagamit ninyo for your valuation method? Thank you.

Ok lang po bang bumili na ako ng 25 undervalued with good fundamentals stocks ngayon (10k per stock/reit)? Tapos iponin ko na lang buying power ko monitor weekly if bumaba and still ok bili? Ano po suggestion niyo para makabuild din ng good dividend portfolio sa ganitong set-up?
