Did you unpack the wheel pack to your mods folder? Inside the rar. file there are zip folders. Unpack the zip folder to your mods folder.

Cause this mod except for a few flaws is almost perfect, I'll list them here for you to know: - the exhaust pipes aren't really linked to the exhaust itself so the car basically has no exhaust - the pops and bangs are a bit too loud - the side skirts have a small gap between the rear fenders and the side skirts themselves - the rpm gauges sadly do not go past 7k rpm so you don't see them redlining at 9k rpm - the camera is a bit off to the side But except for that - it's a magnificent work man and I really hope you showcase your full potential on that.
