3D's of Adventure Plane Test Update 2

I've put in a lot of time rebuilding the Gestalt Class options table to have more tri-class options and I have created a standardize template in a separate document. Using it I've completely update the Elven Gestalt options from before I've also finished my revamping of surprise and initiative which was the only main mechanic from my combat and actions document which had not been merged into the main plane test. Here is a full list of changes and additions:

-Using the new gestalt class options table, I've add the Gestalt class options for the dwarves and there subraces.

-Updated the Elven Gestalt Class options to use the new template.

-Reintegrated all the class tables from the old version minus the Psionicist tables as I am planning on reworking the class almost completely. The tables for the section on multiclass has also be reintegrated as well.

-Added The Surprise mechanic, includes notes of determining if a creature aware or not and how surprise differs between creatures who are aware of their surrounds and those who are not.

-Added Initiative, initiative has been reworked to be less wordy and to be more clear. The older version was confusing to read. It now includes two different methods for handling how players state what actions they want to do, the later version is designed more like a mixer of OG AD&D and 3rd edition, while the former is more of a one to one of the 1st edition method.

-Two-weapons fighting has been added and its mechanic have been elaborated on to make it clear how it function with the full-round action and how your are suppose to resolve its use.

-Added a section called Movement and Terrain. This deals with how movement is affected by ground in cluttered (i.e. filled with rubble) environments.
