Finally, Me and my friend @hakrabr finished making some gym stuff like
1. Dumbbells
Dumbbells can be used by adult, gain fitness skill. If you put dumbbell on inventory, you can perform biceps curl and front raise.
2. Barbells
There 3 different barbell on there, you can perform back squat, overhead squat, and sumo high pull.
3. Hex Dumbbell
Sim can perform power snatch using two hex dumbbells.
4. Workout Bench
Gain muscle and fitness skill.
5. Pull Up Bar
Can be used by adult and kids sim, kids sim will be gain motor skill.
6. Exerto Punching Bag
New punching bag animation, can be used by adult and child sim.
7. Barbell and dumbbell rack
You can purchase som barbell, dumbbell, toy dumbbell, and toy barbell.
8. Toy Barbell and Toy Dumbbell
Kids sim can pretend workout using toy dumbbell or toy barbell, and gain motor skill.
9. Kettlebell
Gain fitness skill and muscle.
10. Box of jump
Can be used by kids and adult sim, perform this will be make your sim burn calories.
11. Stationary Bikes
If you play sims 2, you know this object, sim using this object will be burn some calories.

hii, im having trouble with the skate feature that i want to use the most. my sim cant access it, as if something was always in the way. but nothing is blocking the ladder to access it. any idea how to fix it??

They sleep because npc sim already use skateboard too. You can disable EBN until EA fix this pack if your sim still sleep in the ground.

2025-08-21 14:55:39 +0000 UTCHi, i love your mod. There is only one issue with the "barbell bench press". If I zoom out with the camera in live mode, the object moves a half tile forward and if I zoom in it moves backwards again. It seems that the Model LOD are not on the same Gridline.

Is there anyway in the future you could unmerge the cas and objects so that we can choose what we want in game at least the items that are not required like the cas items or remove things like the objects that we can't interact with? I only download the functional bike with the attached animations and tunings. and it works great. What I'm having a hard time finding is how to exercise on the radio. I've tried the base game radios. I've tried earbuds It doesn't matter what radio or stereo I click on in The Sims 4, I can't see any button that says to exercise.

2025-03-27 18:10:51 +0000 UTCThis is probably my favorite mod for Sims. I've gotten into weightlifting lately and it's nice to explore that with my Sims and build different kinds of gyms. If you ever want to update this, it'd be nice if you could tutor other sims like other gym equipment and if this could count for jobs requirement, high school's tasks, and business and hobbies' class system. But even without that I'm very happy with it and use it in some form almost every save.

Just an observation as of the recent expansion Small Business & Hobbies - when setting up a small business with the gym preset for "allowed business activities" and placing the modded workout equipment on the lot, customers will never use them and only get on vanilla objects. When I travel to a regular non-small business gym lot, sims freely use the modded equipment. Any clue what might be happening?

It's absolutely brilliant !!! but on the other hand it causes a lot of lag in my game, whether my sim is at the gym or at home. My fps drops drastically. I removed the mod to be sure and retested and without mod the lag disappears. My sim also has problems getting home. On leaving the gym, if I want to make him go home the action is interrupted and my sim returns to the gym to do something else. I have to try several times before it works. I haven't updated for lovestruck (since July) but as my version of xml injector works perfectly before updating I don't see what the problem is. I just wanted to point it out.

It's up to you, whether you want to include those improvements in an update or if I may make a patch for this modpack to include the changes. I'd be happy to share the updated tunings with you, so you can improve this modpack :) What I added: -Compatibility with Likes/Dislikes -Interactions can now heal the "Angry"-Emotion -Outfit Change Autonomy (Sims change into "Athletic" when interacting with the objects) I mostly used the basic workout tuning from the base game to compare stuff which is missing in your workout interactions. There may be stuff that can potentially also be added by comparing your interaction tuning with the one from EA's Workout Interactions. If I get permission to do so, I would gladly either provide a patch package or send you the modified tunings to include in your modpack :)

Sims are not automatically changing into their athletic outfit when using the new workout objects(except Stereo Exercise). I can possibly assist in fixing this, since I sucessfully researched a way to enable outfit change on custom objects and successfully tested it on the "Just Hanging On Bar"-Interaction on my end. In case you're planning to patch this in at a later time, you can refer to this post on MTS (https://modthesims.info/showpost.php?p=5922400&postcount=6) and include the code block in your interaction tunings for the new interactions to enable outfit change. I could also do this voluntarily as well and provide a "patch" file for your mod which adds the outfit change if I manage to get it working for every workout interaction. For this however I will require your permission to upload it here.

I would even pay it for it if it was possible to maintain it because I believe Mercury won’t come back even If I wish. And I think we need more male activities in The Sims 4. 2024-03-11 13:55:46 +0000 UTCHello, I know you stated that this mod does not include a script mod, but I recently upgraded my game to the most recent patch, and now whenever I attempt to add any equipment from your mod, the user interface says "Script execution error" or something similar. Does anyone else also have this problem? I'm investigating potential causes for it. I adore this mod, but every time I load a household where I had a piece of this modification-related equipment, the game indicates that it has been deleted and I see that these things are not available on my lot :( I can be only pissed that I decided to update the game... because I just wanted to finally play with 4 Rent Pack.

Normally, when Sims do exercises they switch to their athletic outfit before engaging in the activities. This is unfortunately not the case with your objects. Do you think you could apply this outfit change to your objects as well?

I wish there was a way you could add an aerobics or spin class that Sims to go to instead of just having a yoga class in the game. I can't wait to upgrade my gyms in the game and now have the kids workout as well. Thanks so much for this mod.
