[What's New] Policy for future activities (not so important)

I'm considering a new activity policy for this platform starting this month. I have not made a clear policy statement recently because I want to do things casually, but I thought it would be a bad idea to be too casual about it.

Basically, for those who are currently supporting us, it will not affect what you see as before. It is not about deleting works, limiting the period of publication or submissions, or separating membership, so you don't have to read it. It is simply a statement of policy for future submissions.

๐Ÿ”ด 1. I will stop posting externally on the same day except for some events

"Externalโ€ here means outside of this platform such as pixiv, Twitter(X), Bluesky, etc. I have been publishing all my posts on Patreon/Fantia, including the differences, and posting only the base or low-resolution versions of the differences externally on the same day.

I will now post everything on Patreon/Fantia and then post externally at my leisure approximately 3-4 weeks or more later. External submissions will continue to be low-resolution versions and base diffs only.

However, I may post on the same day for some events where the timing of posting is important, involving seasonal events, announcements, hashtags, memes, etc.

There are several reasons for this, but the main one is that it was frankly tiring work to post in five different places at the same time on the same day, and I wanted to stop doing it. The posting process itself is not that hard, but the thought of having to open and post to multiple platforms every time I finish a picture is depressing....

๐Ÿ”ต 2. I will start a monthly (as much as possible) voting project!

I will now post about 4-5 rough drafts of ideas at the beginning of each month, and since Fantia does not have a voting feature, I will be using a Google form to vote on the Fantia/Patreon common. I will require a Google account to prevent duplicate voting. If you do so, please help us with your vote. I will use roulette as appropriate to decide if there are no votes.

I will close the voting at the end of the month, tally the votes, and then go through the process of submitting the illustration with the idea with the most votes the following month. I will begin voting in early February first. I have set up similar projects in the past, but they were never continued, so I do not have confidence in the continuation of the project, so do not expect much continuity in the project....

๐ŸŸก 3. Projects that have not received a progress report for a while

I have no intention to cancel a project unless I announce the cancellation, but if there is no progress report for a long period of time, it basically means that there is no progress. I have been disclosing the progress of various projects such as website renewal, 3D modeling, Live2D modeling, game development, etc., but all of them have been in the doldrums since the progress was disclosed. I will not be making any announcements when I resume, so please refrain from asking questions about my progress.

I really want to do everything, but... Time is limited, so maybe it's time to stop trying to do everything myself and start outsourcing...? Especially web design.

๐ŸŸข4. English version of the new books

I am currently preparing a translation request. I will announce as soon as the production is completed and the distribution is set, so please allow me to refrain from reporting progress until then.

That is all. Thank you for your continued support.
