Hey guys, Chris mentioned potentially Sam Harris content. I’m also a fan of him and thought you guys were a little unfair on him about his monologue on meditation as it seemed to me a response to criticism about having said things about freewill that people took as being too forgiving towards child abusers etc. But that recent podcast about ‘the bright line between good and evil’ I thought was his worst episode. His rhetoric on there about ‘no two sides’ was pretty dark, and the whole thing ironically missed the point about righteousness allowing people to justify terrible things. Took the shine off Sam for me massively! Anyway, thanks for all the content guys, always fun, always interesting! Cheers.

Thank you. You guys are the best. I have to download stuff to listen to it because my internet is spotty, so thanks again.

Hi there! Do you think this will be posted on the podcast feed? Thanks.

Maybe I was one of the people who thought that Huberman was not as worthy of being raked over the coals, at least in the content that you reviewed. But I decided to get a second opinion from who else, but a pair of medical doctors who run the Barbell Medicine website. They were asked on the forum what they thought of Andrew Huberman. Doctor 1, Austin Baraki responded: “We much prefer addressing specific claims, rather than speaking about people in general. However, as a general pattern we have observed a tendency to over-hype and over-extrapolate niche scientific findings, often inappropriately translating them into "clinical" recommendations, and frequently veers wildly outside of his neuroscience Ph.D. niche.” Doctor 2, Jordan Feigenbaum said: “0/10 would not recommend.” https://forum.barbellmedicine.com/forums/medical-q-a-with-dr-jordan-feigenbaum-and-dr-austin-baraki/85390-huberman-question :D

So, just to clarify: not eating for seven days straight is *bad* for me?
