Galaxy Brain Feed Plans

Just a note to say that one of my niggling 'need to sort this out' threads relates to the Galaxy Brain Bonus feed. I know it is a few episodes behind and we don't have a great pipeline at the minute for getting the raw content edited and up on the feed.
This is something that I want to get fixed and have a better recording to output system in place.
At present for a normal episode our process looks like this:
Listen to episode > Clip > Organise Clips > Record Episode > Send RAW files to editor for sound levelling > Import to Descript > Edit Episode on Descript > Quality Check & Write Episode Notes > Upload & release
For the bonus content we typically do not send to the editor and I also immediately upload the raw audio (here) & video files (to YouTube then link here). The problem is that the process for the main episodes is usually ongoing at the same time we have the bonus episodes so we end up with a back log/clashes with priorities.
This isn't the most efficient system and we could streamline things better. So going to try and work out how to do that and get the feed updated with all the bonus content by the end of next month.
Sorry for anyone waiting for the feed to be updated. If it helps I feel suitably guilty! In any case, we should have it fixed soon(ish).

You might consider a program like Pictory or Wisecut to help
