It's that time again. New video Saturday!
This week we went a bit artsy with it. It felt like that type of story.
Today's episode is cut out of a single two hour interview with a chef. But this isn't really the story of a chef, or his food. He wouldn't let us come and film him if that was our goal. This is the story of the human ego, faults and glories. This is about a single person, hiding in his corner of the world, fighting to remain on task. But really, it is just an interview.
