This video explains what dialogue replacement is, and where I used it in the latest video. I think it worked out really well, and if you didn't notice any trickery afoot... job well done!

One other option, especially since you don't have to worry about multiple takes due to tongue trip-ups, would be NOT to show your talking head on remotes. Then you can have the studio mike for all clips, and add in the background as, well, background.
