In regards to your comment on full-length albums, I think it's not even idols and K-pop, I started to notice it from Western music also. I think labels are scared to drop a full album so will help with depending on how EP's have sold. Almost like they're too scared to invest in a full length in case viewers drop off with their shit attention span.

And it also just genuinely makes me smile :) And Different is just that songgg, their ballads just get better throughout their later albums. Side note, but I wish new groups (or just groups in general) still released full length albums like they used to :/ My top 3 from this album are prob Different, But and Smile Again!

Also, it’s a mix of Yoon or Taehyun doing adlibs/runs in the background. Also, “I’m Him” is a Mino solo and there is a MV for it ft WINNER dancing with him. “Confession” is a Taehyun solo.

All 10 songs lined up all the music charts in Korea and also they held the tittle of the fastest kpop act to hit #1 Billboard world albums chart in 2014 and held it until 2019! There is MV for I'm Him (it's Mino's solo) and Confession is Nam Taehyun's solo. Also fyi, Different was supposed to be their title song. Their songs are produced by them! Until 2016, there were 4 writers/composers in the group (Yoon, Taehyun, Mino & Hoony). Starting 2017, Yoon was the main composer for most of their title songs while both Mino and Hoony also had a hand in writing/composing their music in their albums. “But, Confession and Tonight” was written/produced by Nam Taehyun (with Mino/Hoony writing their own raps) while the rest is mostly Yoon.. while Taehyun Mino and Hoony participated! Their Exit E album (1st comeback album) titles (Baby Baby & Sentimental) plus his solo (I’m Young) were by Taehyun while Immature was by Yoon and Pricked was by Mino.
