I've finally made it to the hospital and they're doing checks on my spine and glutes so will update you guys tonight โค๏ธ

Thanks!! I feel better now that they've crossed off all the scary things it could have been ( and that it fortunately wasn't ) and sorted me with strong medication for my lower back. I can finally sit and stand with no pain! ( Still can't walk or run but ... Baby steps haha ) Thanks for your comment ๐๐๐พ
