Since they work with the same Japanese team for each of their tours (especially concert director Sam-san, the guy in the long ponytail), it's so nice to see how much they've learned about each other after years of working together. Toho tours are so successful thanks to a truly well-oiled machine of dancers, band members, and crew. Like the boys say, there is no "back up" because they're all part of the Toho family!
