Important Update on Patreon Content Guidelines and Future Changes

As mentioned on September 1st, Patreon has announced new guidelines regarding AI. https://news.patreon.com/articles/a-mid-year-update-from-our-policy-teamI had promptly reached out to Patreon support for clarity on this matter. Today, I finally received a response from Patreon support with the following clarifications:

• Patreon will not permit AI or computer-generated pornography that appears like real humans or tangible entities. All posts and rewards of such content should be deleted.
• Providing content that violates these terms to patrons via links on the posting page is prohibited. Specifically, the "Cost of a lunch" reward should be removed.

I have no intention of continuing my activities by disregarding these guidelines or laws. As declared on September 1st, and based on the formal directive from Patreon support, I will be deleting all posts that qualify as pornographic content. However, as there are a significant number of such posts, I am currently in discussions to allow a phased removal over several days.

The "Cost of a lunch" reward, which was just updated yesterday, will also be discontinued based on today's communication from Patreon support.

Moving forward, as stated in my post on September 1st, I am considering continuing to post images in my unique style, and images resembling real-life beauties. However, I will refrain from posting any content that qualifies as pornographic.

9/1にお伝えした通り、PatreonがAIに関する新しいガイドラインを発表しました。

これについて、私はいち早くPatreonサポートに問い合わせをしていました。そして本日ようやくPatreonサポートから返信があり、以下指摘がありました。

• 人間または実物のように見えるAIやコンピュータで生成されたポルノをPatreonは許可しない。このような内容の投稿や報酬をすべて削除すること。
• これら違反するコンテンツを、投稿ページからリンクを通じてパトロンに利益として提供されることを許可しない。”Cost of a lunch”の報酬を削除すること。

私は、ガイドラインや法律を無視して活動を続けるつもりはありません。9/1に宣言した通り、今回正式にPatreonサポートから即時削除の指示があったたため、ポルノに該当する投稿を全て削除します。ただし投稿数がかなり多いので、選別に数日いただき、徐々に削除していけるよう交渉中です。

昨日更新したばかりの”Cost of a lunch"の報酬についても、本日のPatreonサポートからの連絡をもって、中止します。

今後の方針としては、9/1に投稿した通り、私が提供する画風や実写のような美女の画像を投稿することは続けようかと思っておりますが、ポルノに該当する内容の投稿は控えます。
