Somebody Save Me - Death Of SS

He said “looking down at u” like he's dead

Knocky Ledwell

Already did it

Rob

As someone with low self esteem this song crushes me but i cant not listen to it .

Sw1Ft182

10/10

Robert Clark

Please can we get head honcho break down. I feel because ez mil was so bad imo... People forgot how good eminem was on that. He was insane the you'll be a stan till I die tho (dido) stan till I dido is just brazy. He tells a story too and you can see it happen In your head as you listen. Please HEAD HONCHO!!!!!! JUST SKIP TO EMINEM PART WITH LYRICS.

Nivson Guedes

there is a best shakespeare book for every type of reader just like there is a best eminem album for every type of listener ... it all depends on your level bruh

Pablo

1- MMLP 10/10 2- ES 10/10 3- MMLP2 9.9/10 4-TDOSS 9,5/10 5-Kamikaze 9/10 Call me biased but idgaf Marshall is Ali, he’s Tiger, he’s Jordan.

LetsGoKid

I think there's no need to run the album in reverse, people are reachin with that imo..... mmlp2 the deluxe version is still my favorite album, this one is deff in my top 5 tho along with Eminem show, Recovery, and MMLP.

John Rodgers

Second this

Isha Evers

That's a crazy take

Isha Evers

And those are all very real rappers I respect 🙏 but there's a different level over open that I'm talking about

BodegaBoy_757

To a degree I agree but nobody in my opinion is 100 percent themselves without fear of what the media will say about them

BodegaBoy_757

I'd have to say he isn't the only rapper who does that. Tech N9ne, Rittz, King ISO all rap about their life and that's the exact reason they have fan bases. King ISO literally died and is able to talk about it with so much perspective on how it affected him. I think Eminem and Tech N9ne both show that being genuine about everything allows people to connect and it's a winning combination.

Robert Crowley

Definitely top 5 and potentially top 3 with time. But I really hope you do checkout the 2 bonus tracks before you jump in the reverse-listen.

Feras

He’s made these 2 songs like they’re from the grave because the whole concept of the album “(The death of slim shady)”is in actual fact “The death of Eminem and the return of Shady” when you listen backwards this is more apparent

AJ Williams

I don't like this song very much, it has the same concept as castle or arose

Nambitious

I think the genuine reason why eminem connects with such a wide audience is that he welcomes everyone inside his home. His truth, his lie, his charges, his feelings . He's the only rapper you can honestly say doesn't fake anything for the media .

BodegaBoy_757

1. TES 2. TDOSS 3. MMLP2

Some person

Yeah I give it top 4. Solid 8.

Teddy S

Give the album 9.0 and definitely Top 4. He still has plenty left in the tank.

Heath McCormick

Stevie trynna hide that he been crying on the heat P.s that ufc fight said my balls was hot lmao

BodegaBoy_757

He’s still rapping about this because the album concept, it’s a timeline, after he almost died from drug overdose he killed off the slim shady persona to protect himself and his family. Slim Shady and drug addiction are two sides of the same coin

tgood

Top 4

Matheus Gomes

Gonna have to be this for me 1) MMLP 2) TES 3) SSLP 4) Relapse 5) DoSS

SageOfSixDabs

I am an addict. Going on 3 years clean. But I can’t forgive myself and you’re exactly right. It’s still pops in my mind every day what I put my kids through. So glad I chose them even if it was later rather than sooner.

Ashley Jones

I give this album an 8.5. I put it 5th on my em list 1. Marshall Mathers LP 2. Eminem Show 3. Slim Shady LP 4. Recovery 5. Death of Slim Shady

Jason Roland

Stevie...its a 'what if' record. He's saying what if he did die when he overdosed. All the things he would've have missed. That's the pov he rapping from. Another storytelling record

Shadow Nerds

Top 3 Em album for me. 8.5 on the album overall. Dude just gets better with age.

Kevin Maher

I believe Eminem invited Jelly to the studio and he re recorded it or something of that nature because they met up in Detroit

Nick

When he pours his heart and sacrifices lyricism I cry every time

Nick

Dude Stevie is the truth
