Update 6 - Private Beta Weekly fixes and improvements

Technical / Mechanics:
- The game can now be installed on your device through the Install button on the Home-page
- Only the outfit with the highest rating will give you bonus credits when starting a task
- Required Items and Outfits will get locked when starting a task and unlock when the task is completed
- Players will now be redirected to Schedule/Play page when joining their first Degree
- The Infirmary has been made easier and now rolls the correct punishments automatically.

UI (Interface):
- Added Tabs to pages for easier navigation
- On Mobile devices the current page is now shown in the top bar
- Bonus Credits Display is now simpler and easier to understand
- Added "Note - secondary description" functionality for classes and tasks (see later pet-play classes or course)
- Added Confirmation box when activating clubs with warnings
- Show which slot is taken when trying to equip a conflicting item
- Improved inventory layout for small mobile devices
- Various minor tweaks
