I got pulled away from writing by family stuff for Christmas, as always happens, but as I've made clear, Mob 4 has me tossing and turning more than it should. The forced days off made me realize I need a brief break to refocus and it's not a bad idea to write something different, if only very briefly.
So Mob Sorcery 4 will be on break for a week. I should be back around the 4th, and hopefully with a slightly faster update schedule. My plan for January is to finish Mob 4, so that I can schedule chapters for the book for a couple of months while I write Demon's Throne 4, and a small break will be good for me.
With that said, I also want to work on a small project I set aside earlier this year. I promised I'd write some post-series content for Heretic Spellblade, and the big one was an epilogue. That never happened due to how burned out I was after smashing out both books so close together, but I want to get it done. I realize most of you are here just for Mob right now, but I don't want to ignore my old series. This epilogue will also be part of the second omnibus of the series when it comes out next year, so the patron version is an early preview of it.
Anyway, happy new year, and I'll see you in 2025 with plenty more chapters of Mob Sorcery and a fun story for Heretic Spellblade.
