Heretic Spellblade 8 is Live

Heretic Spellblade comes to an end today as the final book just released. Nathan needs to finally secure everything he’s achieved in the past seven books, even as the godlike beings behind the Messengers take a personal interest.

It’s taken nearly four years to get here, but the series is finally finished. Finishing the series and closing out such a huge chapter of my life and career as an author is a great feeling, so I hope you enjoy the final book and the ending.

A lot happens in this book, as it does in every Spellblade. But I feel that I’ve closed out all plot threads, explained the mysteries, dealt with the bad guys, and given you a look at how things play out after the ending. The book is action-packed compared to earlier instalments, with multiple huge battles and a lot of emotional tension as everything comes to a close.

I’ll hopefully have some rough dates for the audiobooks during my August update, but unless plans have changed, they should be out sooner rather than later.

This isn’t necessarily the end of all Heretic Spellblade content. Once I feel like writing about the series again, there’ll likely be some post-series content on Patreon. The book has a satisfying ending (IMO) and didn’t need anything extra, so you can be happy that the story is complete, but if I want to add to the series it’s not going to be in another book, hence the Patreon content (eventually - it’s not there yet).

Speaking of Patreon, it’s going on break for a bit (and so am I). I’m burned out from working on two massive books for nearly seven months straight and need some time to recover my creative juices. The August monthly update will likely be toward the end of the month as a result.
