November Patreon Update
Added 2023-11-04 02:00:02 +0000 UTCI'm overdue for a public update, but don't feel like writing one while I'm still sick, so have a lightweight Patron-only one.
I'm over the worst of my illness, although if yesterday was any guide, it'll still be a few days before I can focus on writing properly. Trying to get stuff done again though, so expect the v2 of Ch21 very soon. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts.
Losing an entire week of writing hurts. I'm still going to try to squeeze out a few more Mob 2 chapters, but I really need to focus on Spellblade 7. Its release date is likely to be mid-December.
Otherwise, nothing's changed about my schedule. Patreon's still wonky due to the new UI update, including the 100 or so "free members" I've accrued (and will find out if they're real or bots when I post a public update).
Mob 2's release date is still likely January, but the book should be finished before then. My intention is to ensure there are plenty of chapters up here between book releases.
Otherwise, some audiobook news, courtesy of my publisher:
- Spellblade 6 should be out in late-December, barring any delays. Pre-order should be up this month.
- Mob Sorcery in late January.
I'll hopefully see you soon with a Mob 2 chapter and will hopefully have bounced back completely next week.

Glad to hear you've gotten over the main hump of the bug. May you continue to recover well. Honestly I hope you don't feel pressured to rush out chapters so badly, we understand how life works.

2023-11-04 03:19:51 +0000 UTCI'm planning for 4. As always, I keep going back and forth on it, particularly given everyone here on Patreon seems to love Mob, but time will tell. I suspect I'll do 4 books with a good conclusion, then decide whether to extend it based on how everything is going.

The big thing is that the count is now included in my total, but also that all of them signed up within the first day or two of the UI change (which is why I'm curious if they're real). I actually think the follower change is potentially good (despite the UI issues), given how unreliable social media platforms are at showing anything and most people don't like visiting websites regularly.

Only reason Spellblades at the bottom is cause it's getting near the end, and I may have forgotten a few things thanks to the influx of books I'm reading.
