Questions & October Patreon Update

Slightly different update this month.

Next month is my author anniversary (2 years since Heretic, 3 years since I tried with Emperor) and I intend to write up something for it. I can come up with ideas myself, but I figure I'll see if people have any questions (large and small) that they want to ask me that I can give a detailed answer.

So if you have any questions you want to ask me, leave them in a comment or send me a message. I'll answer them in next month's update, or come up with my own spiel otherwise.

Otherwise, I'm going to be on break until mid-November. Specifically, I'll be in Japan, doing some first hand research on kitsune. I lost out on a long-planned trip to Japan right as borders shut in 2020, and I've been dying to get back since. The fact they reopened right as I've needed to take a proper break is golden.

There'll be some long travel times over there, including flights, so I expect to get a fair bit of writing done but this is predominantly a vacation, not a work trip. I'll be back in November and posting chapters of Neural Wraith 2 soon enough. I've also finally gotten my other IRL thing out of the way (and minimized the time I'm spending on AI art for now), so Unseen Banking is back on my radar.

If you want audiobook codes for Emperor Forged and are in either the US or UK store (let me know which one), which releases on 7 Nov, leave a comment or message me. You will need to check your Patreon messages if you leave a comment, but everybody is noted down either way.

Audiobook pre-orders are Coming(TM). Audible is being Audible, and there are delays. Release dates are unchanged.

Finally, I completely forgot, but Demon's Throne goes on a $0.99 special on the 16 Oct in the US store (it's a Kindle Daily Deal). So either grab it yourself if you want a cheap permanent copy or let others know if you think some people might want it.
