Hawaii Videos π

The pool had a beautiful flat area in the water that was awesome for yoga! I mention in the video, I used to be an instructor years ago but stopped when I actually started working as a physician (despite teaching yoga being relaxing, it was time consuming).
I only learned how to cartwheel about 3 months ago as part of my practice to improve handstand walking. I had a fall years ago and it made me anxious to fall on my head again, so cartwheels are giving me confidence to lose balance on my own terms. That means you get to see me cartwheeling through all the pretty destinations I travel π
