3D trees for Sauerlandring

Got the issue, it seems to be on CSP's side. GrassfX works fine until v0.2.4. From 2.5 to 2.8 it disapears for some reason. Thanks for taking the time to help me figure it out, the trees definitly add value to the track!

I wonder if there's any way you would share the config extension file you have here, in case Olaf did an update lately that screwed his GrassFX settings.
