Same rules as previous post apply:
You don't NEED to use π to vote-- but using them boosts the weight of your vote.
If your choice isn't picked, your π are refunded, so there's no risk! Remember, π don't carry over to the next month, so it's best (and risk-less) to use them!
You can vote under anyone's comment (whether you use π or not, doesn't matter) to support their suggestion.
Veto power: If I feel I can't draw the winner character/whoever gets the most π, I'll draw the next thing up - and again, just as I said above, your πpoints are refunded if your picture isn't chosen
