[FREE] Photosensitive Video Player Addon

This is a shader originally created by Micca that I have turned into a drag-and-drop prefab for VRChat worlds. This is the same epilepsy safety shader that was present at Club F.Y.N.N. during Furality Somna.

Features:

• Local toggle that blurs out flashy parts of a video, with lots of controls to adjust it
• Local toggles for AudioLink and the lighting rig
• Local epilepsy safety toggle that turns all of the safety settings on
• Persistence! All settings are hooked into persistence, including the epilepsy safety toggle!

Dependencies:

• VideoTXL, though any video player system that uses a render texture should work
• TextMeshPro

Install Instructions:

1. In Micca/Photosensitive Video/Materials, assign your main video render texture to the Input Video texture slot of the Input Motion material
2. Drag and drop the prefab located in the Prefabs folder into your scene
3. In the Photosensitive Controls object:
   1. Assign your main video material into the Video Output Material slot
   2. Assign all of your screen objects that use this material in the Video Screens array
   3. OPTIONAL: Assign your AudioLink controller and lighting rig parent container object
      1. This script auto-detects if these have been assigned or not
4. In the Video Blur Controller:
   1. Assign your main video render texture to the Texel Video CRT slot

This script will not work if these things are not done.

Once you've installed everything, feel free to do whatever you want with it! That includes selling it as part of another product! As long as you don't sell just this prefab on its own you're free to do literally whatever. While credit is not required, it would be very nice of you to credit both Micca and me somewhere in your world. And, obviously, please follow my terms of service.
