Added 2019-10-23 13:16:44 +0000 UTCTechnically I had this set to Halloween night, 2015, which I think is the date of the P4 Arena events, BUT I feel it's better to have it set to celebrate the present spooky month.
This is why you don't go to the midnight channel on rainy days-- and SPECIALLY not on Halloween!
