The scenes where the character goes up and down ladders are especially worth checking out. The proportions are the same as the original, but it seems there are other mod variations out there. In the latter half of the video, where the character is half-naked with some armor remaining, you can also see different nipple designs depending on the mod—showcasing the creators' attention to detail. For the record, I didn’t purchase the full game. The footage was recorded using the free demo version. While you can't use mods for outfits acquired mid-game, if you just want to check out the nude mod, it's still possible with the demo. If you're curious, I recommend trying out the demo.
